The nearest railway station is in Latisana, about 20 km from Lignano; from there you can reach the resort town by bus or taxi.

To confirm your booking we ask for a deposit of 20% of the total amount, which can be paid by bank transfer or online by credit card.

Once the requested amount has been registered, we will send you your gift voucher by e-mail: we therefore recommend contacting us in good time, as the voucher is not issued at the same time as payment.

• Cancellation up to 21 days before arrival: the deposit can be converted into a voucher for a booking within the current year or, at the latest, within the following year.
• From 20 days before arrival up to no-show: the deposit is forfeited.
• Early departures: payment of the total amount, less any meals not taken.

All houseboats are “non-smoking”, as smoking is not permitted on board.
There are plenty of green areas where smoking is allowed.

You receive the beach voucher at reception, and the beach section is easily reached by bicycle.

The houseboats are firmly moored to the jetty and cannot be used to sail the Tagliamento river.
Small electric boats are available for hire, with which guests can sail on the Tagliamento river.

Swimming in the Tagliamento river is not permitted.

It is not possible to bring and use your own boat; for mooring your own boat, we recommend contacting the marinas of Lignano and Bibione.

You can have a barbecue in the equipped barbecue areas.
